Account Coordinator

Location: Tampa Bay Area, FL (Strict)

The Account Coordinator will work closely with our clients and team to best meet our clients’ needs. This role is an integral part of our team to ensure we give our clients the highest customer satisfaction possible. Some duties include data entry, project management, client calls, online marketing tasks and administrative duties.

Duties

  • Provide client-ready, detailed written analysis of and recommendations for improvement of client’s digital presence, which includes websites and social media platforms, for SEO, Social Media and content.
  • Manage presence on social platforms like Google+ Local.
  • Utilize tools like Moz Pro, Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, BrightLocal and website analytics to monitor progress, identify new opportunities, and make recommendations for improved inbound marketing.
  • Act as the main representative to external customers and providing the highest level of customer service possible.
  • Responsible for taking ownership of customer inquiries, problem solving, and acting as the end-to-end contact for customer touch points.
  • Monitor campaigns and ensure campaign delivery.
  • Manage campaign performance and make optimization recommendations.
  • Support the business with administrative duties as needed.
  • Responsible for data entry into systems.

Requirements

  • Entry-level knowledge of SEO, Internet Marketing tactics, HTML and other web technologies.
  • Seriously advanced skills with MS Word. You pride yourself on producing well-structured and visually appealing Word documents.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Located in Tampa Bay Area. We need this role to be local. Sorry national and international friends!
  • Strong at proofreading all kinds of documents.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong customer service skills; ability to respond in a prompt efficient manner.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional and friendly phone presence.

Inbound Marketing Specialist

We're excited to announce a new position here at Keyphraseology. The SEO Specialist will work directly with the President & SEO, Lindsay Wassell, to learn the ropes and launch their career in this incredible industry.

Duties

  • Provide client-ready, detailed written analysis of and recommendations for improvement of client websites for SEO, Social Media, content and other aspects of inbound marketing.
  • Manage social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus and Pinterest to grow engagement and community on behalf of our clients.
  • Leverage your command of internet marketing and your exceptional creativity to brainstorm and execute on the production of brilliant content.
  • Utilize tools like SEOmoz, Google’s Webmaster Tools, and website analytics to monitor progress, identify new opportunities, and make recommendations for improved inbound marketing.
  • Support the business with administrative duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Working understanding of SEO, Internet Marketing Tactics, HTML and other web technologies.
  • Seriously advanced skills with MS Word. You pride yourself on producing well-structured and visually appealing Word documents.
  • Strong command of MS Excel. You dive into heaps of data and make it sing with the help of Excel formulas and visualization tools.
  • You’re very active in social media, personally. You keep in touch with friends on Facebook and colleagues on LinkedIn. You follow people that inspire you on Twitter and Google Plus. The more personal experience you have with these social networks and others, the better.
  • Relevant post-secondary education. Excellent SEOs and Inbound Marketers come from a variety of disciplines. Tell us how yours will serve you in this role.
